College Place
Our first development was the transformation of a historic mid nineteenth century Baptist church on Highgate Road in north London. The property is being restored and reconfigured to provide fourteen units of luxury residential living space.
The exterior is being painstakingly restored and preserved by specialist stone masons, putting back what a century and a half of exposure to London’s elements has taken away. Our work will ensure that this wonderful building graces the top of Dartmouth Park for a few more centuries yet.
Inside the church, the fourteen residential units will symbolise contemporary living at its most luxurious. With bespoke interiors designed especially for Apteral by Churchills Interiors, College Place will match style and elegance within, with tradition and history without.
The units, which will be completed in Autumn 2007, are currently being marketed to discerning buyers.
